We’re honored to host Kenneth Tan of Lola x Kenneth at Kapwa Kultural Center for a special pop-up showcasing his deeply personal and collaborative art.
Kenneth created alongside his grandmother, Crescenciana “Lola” Tan, layering her delicate watercolor paintings with his own drawings and storytelling. Each piece becomes a bridge between generations, weaving memory, identity, and Filipino heritage into one shared canvas. As Kenneth says: “My grandma paints, and then I draw her memories on top.”
At this pop-up, you’ll have the chance to:
✨ Experience his work in person
✨ Shop new products and prints that honor family and heritage
✨ Meet Kenneth and hear the stories behind his art
📅 Date: 10/16/25
⏰ Time: 1-5pm
