VENUE RENTAL FAQs

  • Preferred hours: Tuesday–Friday, 12PM–6PM (during staff availability)
    Outside hours: Negotiable upon consultation

  • If you’d like to buy out the café during open hours, please inquire to request a consultation.
    Pricing is based on nonprofit or corporate status and annual budget.

  • Renting a table or section of the café during operational hours may be possible. Complete the form to request a consultation.

  • Please submit your rental request 3–4 weeks before your event. This ensures staff scheduling and smooth planning.

  • We have a directory of local vendors and restaurants for outside food catering. Yes, Kapwa café can also cater drinks from our boba menu for your event.
