WHAT YOU’LL LEARN:

• Identify, understand and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges among adolescents ages 12-18.

• Build skills and confidence you need to reach out and provide initial support to young people who are struggling.

• Connect youth to appropriate support.

WHEN:

• Zoom Session: Monday, 5/18 3:00pm-6:30pm

+ 2 hour required online self-pace introduction module; complete by Sunday, 5/17 at 11:59pm

At the end of the course, you’ll receive a Mental Health First Aid certification valid for three years! Suggested donation $35
