Workshop Description:

When wellness is often reduced to routines and productivity, this workshop invites us back to ginhawa (comfort, ease). Through the lens of the five types of wellness we will explore culturally-grounded practices that support healing and resilience in the Filipinx community. We’ll look at what wellness can mean for us as a community, especially when we’re dealing with stress, pressure, and systems that weren’t built with us in mind. This workshop offers space for reflection, discussion, and cultural reconnection. This workshop offers space for reflection, discussion, and cultural reconnection. Whether you're navigating burnout, seeking deeper grounding, or simply curious about how culture can support your healing journey - this space is for you.
